this crazy free falling eating syndrome aka the holiday's combined with an intense amount of unexplained boredom is getting to me once and for all.
i am determined to drink coffee only this morning and not eat until i am absolutely hungry.
next year i am not cooking for the holidays. i am going out.
how long will it take to lose the 20 lbs. i managed to put on in 1 week.
