6/10/11 Friday afternoon, Desert Hot Springs
Breezy hazy desert-mountain magic air, moving into magic hour, about an hour out I'd say. We spent the day at the spa, swimming and hanging out on the king sized bed. $40 for 7 hours of kick-it time. it would have cost $8 dollars to go in, so minus the day pass cost $32. Not sure what to do with all this free time. Road trips on my mind, San Fran, Harbin Hot Springs, really want to go. But kind of want to go somewhere totally new, like the trip I am conjuring up in Glacier. If Roger was a little more cooperative, we could have left already. His car is in the shop with very expensive issues we have put off for years now. Skyler just called, and he will be in Salt Lake City by July, so we are trying to coordinate Roger getting there then too. Alan needs help at his new restaurant. Roger is on deck...
